At Vormora, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return or exchange an item, please review our policy below.

Return & Exchange Period

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

Condition of Items
  • All returned products must be in brand-new condition.
  • Items must include original packaging, manuals, and all accessories.
  • Parts or accessories alone cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to Request a Return
    • Contact us first via email at service@vormora.com to request authorization.
    • Do not send your item back to the original shipping address. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
    • Once authorized, send the item along with all accessories, manuals, and documentation in the original packaging without any markings.
Refunds

If your return is approved and the item, along with all accessories, manuals, and accompanying documents, is received in its original packaging (without any markings), Vormora will inspect the item and issue a refund to your original payment method.

Shipping Costs for Returns
  • Customer-initiated returns (e.g., change of mind) are responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • Unauthorized returns are not accepted, and Vormora is not responsible for lost or damaged items.
  • If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, Vormora will cover the return shipping costs.
Exchanges

To exchange for a different model or color, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement.
