Acceptable Use Policy
This policy applies to prompts, uploaded media, AI-generated output, drafts, and websites created or hosted with Vormora.
Sexual and NSFW content
Do not request, upload, generate, or publish pornography, sexually explicit or fetish content, sexual services, non-consensual intimate imagery, or sexualized depictions of any person. Nudity presented for exploitation or sexual gratification is prohibited.
Graphic violence and harm
Do not create or publish graphic violence, gore, torture, celebration of violent acts, credible threats, instructions that facilitate serious harm, or content that encourages self-harm. Legitimate safety, news, educational, or documentary references must remain non-graphic and contextual.
Hate and harassment
Do not promote hatred, dehumanization, discrimination, or violence against protected groups. Targeted harassment, bullying, stalking, doxxing, degrading slurs, and content intended to intimidate or silence another person are prohibited.
Child sexual abuse and exploitation
Any child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexualization or exploitation of minors, or attempts to generate, transform, describe, solicit, or distribute such content are strictly prohibited. Apparent violations may be preserved and reported to relevant providers or authorities as required by law.
Deepfakes and impersonation
Do not use Vormora to deceptively impersonate a person or business, create misleading deepfakes, fabricate endorsements, conduct fraud or phishing, or present synthetic media as authentic where that could cause harm. Clearly disclose materially synthetic depictions when confusion is reasonably likely.
Intellectual property and trademarks
Do not upload or generate content that infringes copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other rights. You must have permission to use business names, logos, photographs, artwork, and branded material. Do not use another party's marks in a way that falsely suggests affiliation or endorsement.
Other prohibited activity
Do not use the service for unlawful goods or services, malware, credential theft, spam, evasion of platform safeguards, unauthorized personal data, election deception, or any activity that violates applicable law or creates a material security risk.
How to report content
Email [email protected] with the website address, a description of the content, and any supporting details. Do not email illegal imagery; provide the URL and a description instead. We may request additional information needed to assess the report.
How we review and enforce
AI providers may apply their own safety filters. Vormora may review reported prompts, uploaded media, generated output, account activity, and published pages when reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, protect users, enforce these policies, or comply with law. Depending on severity and context, we may block a request, remove or unpublish content, restrict features, suspend or terminate an account, preserve relevant records, or report conduct where legally required. Urgent safety or legal risks may be addressed without advance notice.
Appeals and questions
If you believe enforcement was incorrect, contact [email protected] from the account email and explain the decision you want reviewed. See also our Terms of Service and AI Model Disclosure.
