Your account and content

You must provide accurate account and business information and keep your login credentials secure. You may upload only text, images, logos, and other material that you own or have permission to use. You retain ownership of your content and give Vormora a limited license to store, process, reproduce, and display it only as needed to provide, secure, and improve the service.

Website generation and publishing

Vormora creates drafts using the information, instructions, and media you provide. AI-generated text and images may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your business. You are responsible for reviewing all claims, contact details, images, and legal disclosures before publishing. Your draft stays private until you publish it, and later edits remain private until you choose to update the public website.

Billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds

Your first website may be created with the free allowance described on the pricing page, but publishing requires a paid subscription. A monthly subscription automatically renews at the then-current price until you cancel renewal. Waffo Pancake acts as Merchant of Record and processes checkout, recurring charges, applicable taxes, receipts, refunds, and chargebacks. Prices and any applicable taxes are shown before payment.

You may cancel renewal from your Vormora studio. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, so access continues through that date. Canceling renewal does not by itself create a prorated refund for the current period. If the subscription ends, the published site remains online only for the seven-day grace period described on the pricing page and may then be taken offline.

To submit a refund request, email [email protected] with the account email, order information, and reason for the request. Refund eligibility depends on applicable law, the payment method, Waffo's Merchant of Record rules, and the circumstances of the purchase. Approved refunds are processed by Waffo to the original payment method where supported. A full or partial refund may remove related credits, publishing rights, or service access.

Credits and plan limits

Credits are service units used for eligible generation, editing, and upload operations. Monthly credits refresh to the allowance for your plan at renewal and unused credits do not carry over or have cash value. Credit costs and plan limits are displayed in the product or on the pricing page and may be updated for future billing periods. Running out of credits pauses new generation, edits, and uploads but does not by itself take an otherwise eligible published site offline.

Acceptable use and AI systems

You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy, which applies to prompts, uploads, generated output, drafts, and published sites. You may not request, upload, generate, or publish: Sexual and NSFW content; Graphic violence or gore; Hate and harassment; Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or exploitation of minors; deceptive Deepfakes and impersonation; or material that violates Intellectual property, copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights.

We may block requests, remove or unpublish content, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve relevant records, or report conduct when required by law. To report prohibited content, email [email protected] with the website address and a description; do not email illegal imagery. We may review reported content, associated prompts, uploads, generated output, and account activity when reasonably necessary to investigate and enforce these rules. Appeals may be sent to the same address.

Your published business website

You are responsible for the products, services, claims, contact details, and policies shown on your published website and for complying with laws that apply to your business. Vormora-generated policy pages are general starting points based on available product features and are not legal advice.

Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vormora and its generated content are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise that generated content will be accurate, unique, legally compliant, or fit for a particular purpose, or that the service will always be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. You are responsible for keeping copies of business content you need and for reviewing outputs before using or publishing them.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vormora will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from the service, generated content, a published website, or loss of access or data. Vormora's total liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to Vormora during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not exclude liability that cannot legally be limited.

Suspension and termination

We may restrict, suspend, unpublish, or terminate access when reasonably necessary because of a material breach of these terms, nonpayment, unlawful or harmful content, abuse, security risk, legal requirement, or conduct that threatens Vormora or other users. We will provide notice and an opportunity to correct the issue when reasonably practical, but may act immediately where required for safety, security, payment risk, or law. Termination may result in loss of editing, publishing, and account access.

Service and terms changes

We may change or discontinue service features and may update these terms as the product, providers, or legal requirements change. The “Last updated” date shows the latest revision. If a material change requires notice, we will provide it through the service or the account email when reasonably practical. Continued use after updated terms take effect means you accept them.
